If you didn't know, my favourite makeup step in the morning is highlighting! Although I've asked for a more high-end highlighter for Christmas, I have been on the hunt for a good, cheap highlighter for some time now, and dare I say it... I have finally found the one! Also, what better time to post this than now? Glowing cheekbones are always a must during the party season.

I know you're dying to know what this amazing highlighter is (if you couldn't tell by the name of this post)... It's the Collection Speedy Highlighter in number 1 Pearl Sheen. The product comes in a chunky tube, with a twist-able end which pushes up the product. This was the first time I had used a  highlighter, in stick-form and I must say I love it just as much as using a powder.

As you can see from the photos above the product has no colour, but is extremely shiny without being glittery - the perfect combination. I use my fingers to apply the product as it helps to warm it up, therefore meaning it transfers to the skin more easily. I have found that if you apply the stick directly to the skin it does take off the makeup underneath. This means I don't agree with the name of the product 'speedy', as although it doesn't take me long to apply, it's no quicker than using a powder highlighter. Also, the only other downside I would say is the fact that the product feels greasy when you rub your fingers over it. However, it in no way feels or looks greasy when it's on the face!

I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't wear much face makeup and wants to quickly highlight, somebody who is more 'skilled' in applying makeup and somebody who is looking for a cheaper option (p.s. it's only £3.99)
