Before I get into actually explaining how to make the face mask, I just wanted to make it clear that this wasn't my own idea; I have heard this idea many other times, I just absolutely love it so wanted to share it. Because it has been used so many times before, by so many other people I'm assuming that unless you're allergic to anything mentioned then you should be OK - however, don't quote me on that one...

You're firstly gonna want to find yourself a bowl or old pot - I found an empty moisturizer so used that. It's also handy to find an old makeup brush as this means your hands don't get too sticky when applying the mask.

To make the mask:
Rip open & add the contents of two green tea bags
Add 3 tsp of honey
Mix in 2 tsp of soda bicarbonate (baking soda but NOT baking powder - I nearly made that mistake...)

After 20-30 minutes wash the mask off and repeat twice a week.
What each ingredient does for the skin:

Green Tea - Reduces itching and inflammation while also tackling blemishes, toning the skin and helping to prevent wrinkles.

Honey - Treats and prevents acne, slows down aging, opens up pores making them easy to unclog and moisturises the skin creating a natural glow.

Bicarbonate Soda - Draws out the infections that cause blackheads, speeds up the healing of acne damage and opens your pores, making your skin look better.

I didn't want to show my face on this blog post, with the face mask, on so instead I decided to show how much I would apply to my face on my arm instead. A little goes a long way.
